Six Second Poem"We're all the same," she said. "Friend, tell me," she asked, "how are we different?"Six Second Poem by xblackwater
For six seconds I paused, then I said:
Some of us ..
love more than we hate,
laugh more than we cry,
work harder than we play, but
live before we die.
Some of us don't.
And that, my friend, is how we are all different.
I Won't SpeakI'm sorry; I won't speak, lestI Won't Speak by xblackwater
you know how I feel, or
feel how my heart aches,
in silence, and conceals how
much I care for you, and the
things that I go through:
should I drown in my fears, or
spill my heart to you?
Goodbyedo you remember?Goodbye by xblackwater
you and me holding hands, so in love at the start..
you and me in the wind on a swing at the park..
on my knee with a ring, oh we hugged and we smiled..
life was good; now it's great, or was I just in denial?
'cause we fought, then we cried; and we broke, then we lied..
now you're gone and I'm lost feeling so weak inside..
so I ask: could we be — after all we have seen —
still in love, yet broke up; somewhere trapped in between?
I don't know, you're still gone; time has passed, nights are long..
here's to you — here's goodbye — as to you I gift this song..
SlowlyWhen I found you,Slowly by xblackwater
myself I asked:
what good have I done to deserve you?
Now I know you saved me
just to kill me slowly,
and deserve it I do.
